1429 – Battle of Rouvray during the Hundred Years War: an English supply convoy led by Sir John Fastolf is attacked by an Armagnac (pro-Charles VII) army led by the Count of Clermon and John Stewart of Darnley. Fastolf's archers beat back the attackers, inflicting heavy casualties.
